Recombinant rabbit Superclonal™ antibodies are unique offerings from Thermo Fisher Scientific. They are composed of multiple different recombinant monoclonal antibodies, combining the sensitivity of polyclonal antibodies with the specificity of monoclonal antibodies, while maintaining the consistency of recombinant production.

These antibodies recognize multiple epitope sites on the target, providing higher detection sensitivity for low-abundance targets. Each lot contains a defined mixture of light and heavy chains, eliminating biological variability typical of polyclonal antibody production. This antibody is predicted to react with Bovine.

Target Information

Histone H3 is one of the DNA-binding proteins found in the chromatin of all eukaryotic cells. It binds with other core histone proteins to form the nucleosome structure. Histones are central to transcription regulation, DNA repair, replication, and chromosomal stability. The N-terminal tail of histone H3 can undergo post-translational modifications such as methylation, acetylation, and phosphorylation, influencing chromatin structure and gene expression.
