PA3-013 항체는 인간, 원숭이, 마우스, 양(부신), 랫드 조직 및 세포에서 heat shock protein 90 (HSP90)을 검출합니다. 이 항체는 HSP84를 인식하지 않습니다.
PA3-013은 Western blot, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry (paraffin), immunoprecipitation에 성공적으로 사용되었습니다. Western blot에서 HeLa 세포 용해물의 약 86 kDa 단백질(HSP86)을 검출하며, 면역형광 염색 시 세포질 패턴을 나타냅니다. 또한, 이 항체로 수행한 면역침전 실험 결과 HSP86이 주로 homodimer 형태로 존재함을 시사하며, Ah receptor와 같은 단백질 복합체 형태로도 존재함을 확인했습니다.
PA3-013의 면역원은 mouse HSP86의 P(2) E E T Q T Q D Q P M(12) 잔기에 해당하는 합성 펩타이드입니다. HSP84와 HSP86의 N-말단 영역은 아미노산 서열에서 가장 큰 차이를 보입니다.
