Target Information
Kininogen 1 유전자는 alternative splicing을 통해 두 가지 단백질을 생성합니다:
- High molecular weight kininogen (HMWK): 혈액 응고 및 kallikrein-kinin 시스템의 조립에 필수적이며, bradykinin을 방출합니다.
- Low molecular weight kininogen (LMWK): 혈액 응고에는 관여하지 않습니다.
이 유전자는 서로 다른 isoform을 암호화하는 3개의 transcript variant를 포함합니다.
