Target Information
Kir3.1 (KCNJ3)는 G 단백질에 의해 조절되는 칼륨 채널로, 세포 내로의 칼륨 유입이 외부로의 유출보다 더 쉽게 일어나는 특징을 가지고 있습니다. 전압 의존성은 세포 외 칼륨 농도에 의해 조절되며, 외부 칼륨 농도가 증가하면 채널 개방 전압 범위가 양전위 쪽으로 이동합니다. 내부 마그네슘에 의한 외향 전류 차단이 내향성 특성을 유발하며, 심장 박동 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
