For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

RAB21 is a member of the small GTP-binding protein gene subfamily within the Ras superfamily, playing a key role in intracellular vesicular trafficking.
In non-polarized Caco-2 cells, RAB21 shows ER-like localization, while in polarized cells, it localizes to apical vesicles.
RAB21 associates with integrin subunits and is important for receptor entry via RAB5/RAB21 endosomes.
The GTPase-activating protein p120RasGAP regulates cell motility by controlling integrin recycling to the plasma membrane through competition with RAB21 for binding sites on the alpha-tail of endocytosed integrin.
