Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).


Target Information

Fibronectin (FN1) is a disulfide-bonded dimer (230–250 kDa) found in the extracellular matrix and plasma. It forms insoluble polymers through interchain disulfide bonds and plays key roles in:

  • Cell adhesion and migration
  • Embryogenesis and wound healing
  • Blood coagulation and host defense
  • Tumor development and metastasis

Fibronectin expression is elevated in non-small cell lung carcinoma, enhancing tumorigenicity and resistance to apoptosis.
The FN1 gene undergoes alternative splicing, potentially producing up to 20 transcript variants.
