Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ITGB1BP1 is a key regulator of integrin-mediated cell–matrix interaction signaling.
It binds to the ITGB1 cytoplasmic tail, preventing activation of integrin α5β1 by talin or FERMT1.
Functions include:
- Regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation, adhesion, and migration
- Modulation of focal adhesion dynamics and integrin clustering
- GDI activity regulating Rho family GTPases (CDC42, RAC1)
- Promotion of ROCK1 translocation and myoblast migration
- Role in osteoblast differentiation and bone mineralization
- Regulation of angiogenesis via Notch signaling and AKT/ERK pathways
- Enhancement of MYC promoter transcriptional activity
