Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ITGB1BP1 is a key regulator of integrin-mediated cell-matrix interaction signaling. It binds to the ITGB1 cytoplasmic tail, preventing activation of integrin alpha-5/beta-1 by talin or FERMT1.
It plays roles in:
- Cell proliferation, differentiation, adhesion, migration, and angiogenesis
- Regulation of focal adhesion dynamics and integrin clustering
- Rho family GTPase signaling modulation (CDC42, RAC1)
- Osteoblast spreading and migration
- Bone mineralization and fibronectin fibrillogenesis
- Negative regulation of angiogenesis via Notch signaling pathway activation and AKT/ERK modulation
- Promotion of MYC promoter transcriptional activity
