Description:
The eBio299Arm monoclonal antibody serves as an isotype control immunoglobulin.

Applications Reported:
Reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested:
Tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells and mouse splenocytes. Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.

Fluorochrome Information:
Brilliant Violet™ 650 (BV650) is a tandem dye emitting at 649 nm, optimized for cytometers equipped with a violet (405 nm) laser. Ensure instrument compatibility before use.

Buffer Recommendations:
When using multiple polymer dye-conjugated antibodies (e.g., Super Bright, Brilliant Violet™, Brilliant Ultra Violet™), use:

• Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401-42), or
• Brilliant Stain Buffer™ (Product # 00-4409-75)
  to minimize non-specific polymer interactions.

Light Sensitivity:
Sensitive to photo-induced oxidation. Protect vial and stained samples from light.

Fixation:
Samples may be stored up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark using:

• IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222-49), or
• 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333-54).
  BV650 is not compatible with methanol-based fixation.
