- Description: Monoclonal mouse IgG2b kappa is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
- Applications Reported: Suitable for flow cytometric analysis.
- Applications Tested: Tested on normal human peripheral blood cells; use at same concentration as experimental antibody.
- Fluorochrome: Brilliant Violet™ 650 (BV650) emits at 649 nm; use with violet (405 nm) laser-equipped cytometers.
- Compatibility: Not compatible with methanol-based fixation.
- Recommended Buffers:
- Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401-42)
- Brilliant Stain Buffer™ (Product # 00-4409-75)
- Light Sensitivity: Protect from light to prevent photo-induced oxidation.
- Fixation: Samples can be stored up to 3 days in the dark at 4°C using IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222-49) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333-54).
