Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, an additional desalting step is recommended (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Cytokeratin 7 blocks interferon-dependent interphase and stimulates DNA synthesis in cells. It is involved in the translational regulation of human papillomavirus type 16 E7 mRNA (HPV16 E7).
