Target Information
PIK3C3 (hVPS34)는 PI3 Kinase 계열의 유일한 Class III 멤버로, phosphatidylinositol (PI)을 인산화하여 phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate [PI(3)P]를 생성합니다. 이는 FYVE 및 Phox 도메인을 포함한 하위 효과기를 막으로 유도하며, 영양 신호를 mTOR에 연결하고 자가포식 및 세포 내 수송 과정에 관여합니다. 또한 분해성 엔도사이토시스의 조절, 세포분열 시 cytokinesis의 절단 단계, 그리고 라이소좀 효소 전구체의 수송에 필요합니다.
