For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

NMYC interactor (NMI) encodes a protein that interacts with NMYC and CMYC (oncogene Myc family members), as well as other transcription factors containing Zip, HLH, or HLH-Zip motifs.
NMI also interacts with all STATs except STAT2 and enhances STAT-mediated transcription in response to cytokines IL2 and IFN-gamma.
NMI mRNA shows low expression in most human fetal and adult tissues except brain, but high expression in certain cancer cell lines such as myeloid leukemias.
