Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Human vaccinia-related kinase 1 (VRK1) is a kinase related to a poxvirus kinase and distantly to the casein kinase 1 family.
VRK1 exhibits strong autophosphorylation activity on Ser and Thr residues and acts as an upstream regulator of p53, forming part of a novel signaling pathway.
