Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The GRAP2 gene encodes a member of the GRB2/Sem5/Drk family, functioning as an adaptor-like protein involved in leukocyte-specific protein-tyrosine kinase signaling.
Similar to GRAP, it contains an SH2 domain flanked by two SH3 domains and interacts with proteins such as GRB2-associated binding protein 1 (GAB1) and SLP-76 leukocyte protein (LCP2) through its SH3 domains.
Transcript variants utilizing alternative polyA sites have been identified.
