Product Specific Information

Reconstitution:
Dissolve the lyophilized protein in sterile double-distilled water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/mL or lower. It is recommended to aliquot and use immediately. Store aliquots under sterile conditions at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Target Information

CD64 (FCGR1A) encodes a high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor involved in immune response. It is one of three related gene family members on chromosome 1. CD64 dysfunction has been associated with immune-related conditions such as cervical adenitis and tetrasomy 21.
