- Immobilized Rituximab (IgG1) at 1 µg/mL binds Mouse Fc gamma RI (CD64) His-tag Recombinant Protein with EC50 of 16–35 ng/mL.
- Immobilized Anti-CD3 antibody, mouse IgG2a at 2 µg/mL binds the protein with EC50 of 0.8–2.4 ng/mL (QC tested).
- Loaded on His1K Biosensor, binds Bevacizumab (IgG1) with affinity constant 0.12 µM (BLI assay, Sartorius Octet Red384, routinely tested).

Product Specific Information
Reconstitution:
Dissolve the lyophilized protein in sterile double-distilled water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/mL or lower. It is recommended to aliquot and use immediately. Store aliquots under sterile conditions at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
CD64 (FCGR1A) encodes a high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor involved in immune response. It is one of three related gene family members on chromosome 1. CD64 dysfunction has been associated with immune-related conditions such as cervical adenitis and tetrasomy 21.
