Product Specific Information
Reconstitution:
Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/mL or lower. It is recommended to aliquot and use as soon as possible. Store aliquots under sterile conditions at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
TREM2 is a membrane protein that forms a receptor signaling complex with TYROBP. The encoded protein may be involved in chronic inflammation by triggering the production of constitutive inflammatory cytokines. Defects in this gene are associated with polycystic lipomembranous osteodysplasia with sclerosing leukoencephalopathy (PLOSL).
