Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
The NPR3 gene encodes one of three natriuretic peptide receptors. Natriuretic peptides regulate blood volume, blood pressure, pulmonary hypertension, and cardiac function, as well as certain metabolic and growth processes. The NPR3 receptor is responsible for clearing circulating and extracellular natriuretic peptides through receptor-mediated endocytosis. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene.
