Target Information
GluR1 (glutamate receptor 1)는 이온성 글루탐산 수용체로, 중추신경계의 여러 시냅스에서 흥분성 신경전달물질인 L-glutamate에 의해 활성화됩니다. L-glutamate 결합 시 수용체는 형태 변화를 일으켜 양이온 채널을 열고 화학 신호를 전기 신호로 변환합니다. 이후 수용체는 빠르게 탈감작되어 일시적인 비활성 상태로 전환되며, CACNG4, CACNG7, 또는 CACNG8의 존재 시 재감작(resensitization)이 일어나 지속적인 글루탐산 적용 동안 전류 흐름이 지연되어 축적됩니다.
