IR의 촉매 루프에는 Tyr1158, Tyr1162, Tyr1163, IGF1R에는 Tyr1131, Tyr1135, Tyr1136의 세 가지 티로신 모티프가 존재하며, 이러한 부위의 단계적 인산화는 수용체의 완전한 활성화를 유도합니다.
