Target Information
Cytokeratins (CK)은 각질화 조직(예: 피부)과 비각질화 세포(예: 중피세포) 모두에서 발견되는 상피세포의 중간 필라멘트입니다. 최소 20가지 이상의 CK가 확인되며, 생화학적으로 산성 폴리펩타이드(Type I)와 염기성 폴리펩타이드(Type II)의 두 가지 주요 클래스에 속합니다.
Keratin 14는 저분자량 산성 케라틴(Type I)에 속하며 keratin 5와 함께 존재합니다. 이는 중층상피세포를 단층상피세포와 구별하는 데 유용하며, 편평상피세포암 식별에 사용됩니다. 또한 유방암에서 예후 마커로 알려져 있습니다. 모든 상피세포는 최소 하나의 산성 및 하나의 염기성 케라틴을 발현합니다.
