Target Information
Interleukin 7 (IL-7)은 골수 및 흉선의 기질세포에서 지속적으로 생성되는 조혈성 사이토카인으로, IL-7 수용체(IL-7R)를 통해 조혈 줄기세포의 림프계 전구세포 분화를 촉진합니다. 이를 통해 T 세포, B 세포 및 자연살해세포(NK cell)가 형성됩니다.
