Target Information
TRAIL-R3 (CD263)은 TNF-receptor superfamily의 구성원으로, 세포 외 TRAIL 결합 도메인과 막관통 도메인을 포함하지만 세포질 사멸 도메인은 없습니다. 이 수용체는 세포자멸사를 유도하지 않으며, TRAIL에 의한 세포자멸사로부터 세포를 보호하는 길항 수용체로 작용하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 이 유전자는 p53에 의해 조절되는 DNA 손상 유도 유전자로 알려져 있으며, 정상 조직에서는 발현되지만 대부분의 암 세포주에서는 발현되지 않아 TRAIL에 의한 선택적 세포자멸사 감수성을 설명할 수 있습니다.
