Target Information
6x His tag는 6개의 연속된 히스티딘 잔기(HHHHHH)로 구성된 합성 펩타이드입니다. 이는 재조합 단백질의 N- 또는 C-말단에 부착되어 금속 친화성 크로마토그래피를 통한 단백질 정제에 사용됩니다.
Epitope tagging 기술은 알려진 에피토프를 재조합 단백질에 융합함으로써 항체가 없는 단백질도 검출할 수 있게 합니다.
His-tag 단백질은 히스티딘 잔기의 금속 결합 특성을 이용해 Ni²⁺-NTA 흡착제에서 선택적으로 정제할 수 있습니다.
His tag 특이적 항체는 태그된 단백질의 검출 및 면역침전(co-immunoprecipitation)에 유용합니다.
