This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%) to prevent contamination.
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are generated using in vitro expression systems. Antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal production candidates.

Target Information
Coagulation factor IX is a single-chain polypeptide (~57 kDa). Normal plasma concentration in humans is approximately 3 µg/mL. Deficiency or reduced activity of Factor IX leads to haemophilia B, an X-linked genetic disorder.
