This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. These systems are developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits and screening individual clones to select optimal candidates.

Target Information
Coagulation factor IX is a single-chain polypeptide with a molecular mass of approximately 57 kDa. Normal concentrations in human plasma are around 3 µg/mL. Deficiency or lack of coagulation activity is associated with the X-linked disorder haemophilia B.
