- IHC notes: Requires antigen retrieval using heat-mediated 10 mM Citrate buffer (pH 6.0) or Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 8.0)

Target Information
This gene belongs to the chemokine-like factor gene superfamily, similar to the chemokine and transmembrane 4 superfamilies. It is part of a cluster on chromosome 3 and is widely expressed in many tissues, though the exact function of the encoded protein is unknown.
