Target Information
ACAP2는 Centaurin 계열의 운반 단백질로, 세 개의 ANK 반복, Arf-GAP 도메인, BAR 도메인, PH 도메인을 포함합니다. ACAP2는 ARF6의 GTPase-활성화 단백질(GAP)로서, PIP2 및 phosphatidic acid에 의해 GAP 활성이 자극되며, ARF1에 대해서는 거의 활성이 없습니다. DNA 손상 시 ATM 또는 ATR에 의해 인산화되며, 폐 조직에서 가장 높은 발현을 보입니다.
