Purified preparations consist of >90% pure mouse monoclonal antibody purified from ascites fluid by protein A chromatography.
Formulated to a protein concentration of 100 µg/mL in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2, containing 0.1% sodium azide.
Each vial contains 1.0 mL.
No stabilizing proteins included; store at 4°C until use.
Working dilution should be determined by the user.
Suggested starting ranges:

  • ICC/IF: 1:10–1:50
  • ELISA: 1:20–1:200

SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Protein is associated with nucleic acid and is the most abundant protein in coronavirus.
Due to its strong immunogenicity, it has potential diagnostic value.
The N protein is an abundant RNA-binding protein critical for viral genome packaging.
It contains three dynamic disordered regions with transiently-helical binding motifs.
The two folded domains interact minimally, making full-length N protein a flexible and multivalent RNA-binding protein.
SARS-CoV-2 causes illnesses ranging from the common cold to severe diseases.
