Target Information

Anti-Mouse 2차 항체는 mouse immunoglobulin에 대한 특이성이 잘 규명된 친화정제 항체입니다.
검출, 분류, 정제 등의 용도에 사용되며 HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템과 호환됩니다.
여러 개의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합함으로써 신호 증폭 효과를 제공합니다.
일반적으로 host 동물에 target species의 immunoglobulin을 면역하여 생성되며, 추가 정제 또는 변형(면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등)을 통해 높은 특이성을 가진 시약으로 제작됩니다.
