Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target. Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility with multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and enhanced sensitivity through signal amplification. Typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, they can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to achieve high specificity.
