RRAGC (Ras-related GTP-binding protein C)
RRAGC는 아미노산 가용성에 대한 세포 반응을 조절하는 mTORC1 신호전달 경로에서 중요한 역할을 하는 단일체 구아닌 뉴클레오타이드 결합 단백질입니다.
RRAGC는 RRAGA 및 RRAGB와 이합체를 형성하며, 주로 세포질에 존재합니다.
활성 상태에서 RRAGC는 mTORC1을 리소좀으로 재배치시키고, GTPase RHEB에 의해 활성화되도록 돕습니다.
이 재배치는 아미노산에 의한 TOR 신호전달 경로 활성화의 핵심 단계입니다.
