Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve ~1 mg/mL antibody concentration.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Transforming acidic coiled-coil (TACC) proteins are a conserved family of centrosome- and microtubule-interacting proteins involved in cancer.
The TACC2 gene encodes a protein localized at centrosomes throughout the cell cycle and is associated with tumorigenesis.
Expression is induced by erythropoietin and may influence breast tumor progression. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
