For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform desalting again using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Cell-mediated immune responses are initiated by T lymphocytes stimulated by peptides bound to MHC molecules on antigen-presenting cells (APC).
Activated T cells express inhibitory receptors such as PD-1 (PDCD-1), which interact with ligands PDL-1 and PDL-2 to downregulate immune activation.
PD-1 signaling inhibits immune response activation in the absence of danger signals (e.g., LPS).
PD1-deficient mice exhibit hyperactivated immune systems and autoimmune diseases.
PD-1 often migrates at a higher molecular weight than predicted in SDS-PAGE.
