Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Epidermal growth factor-like protein 7 (EGFL7), also known as VE-statin, MEGF7, Notch4-like protein, or Zneu1, is a 29.6 kDa protein secreted by endothelial cells.
EGFL7 is expressed in both normal and malignant tissues and plays a key role in regulating angiogenesis and vasculogenesis.
High levels of EGFL7 are found in tissues exhibiting active angiogenesis associated with various disorders.
