Target Information
MALT1/Paracaspase (MALT1)는 사람 paracaspase 계열의 구성원으로, B-cell lymphoma와 상호작용하는 단백질로 확인되었습니다 (Uren et al., 2000). MALT1은 N-말단 death domain, 두 개의 Ig-like domain, 그리고 C-말단 caspase-like domain을 포함하는 caspase 유사 단백질입니다. Ig-like domain을 통해 Bcl10과 결합하며, Bcl10과 함께 NF-kappaB를 활성화하는 역할을 합니다.
