Target Information
NOD 단백질에는 apoptosis 조절 인자인 APAF1과 포유류 NOD-LRR 단백질이 포함됩니다. NALP7(PYPAF3)은 PYRIN 도메인을 포함한 APAF1 유사 단백질 계열(PYPAFs/NALPs)에 속하며, 세포 증식에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
NALP7은 C-말단 leucine-rich repeat (LRR) 영역, N-말단 Pyrin 도메인(PYD), NACHT 도메인 및 NACHT-associated 도메인을 포함합니다. 자궁과 난소를 비롯한 다양한 조직에서 발현되며, 심장과 뇌에서는 낮은 수준으로 존재합니다.
NALP7은 caspase-1 의존적 interleukin-1β 분비를 억제하고, interleukin-1β 분비의 피드백 조절자로 작용합니다. NALP7 유전자 결함은 hydatidiform mole(HYDM) 형성과 암세포 성장 감소를 유발하는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
