Target Information
Fibrinogen은 혈장 내 응고성 단백질로, 혈관 손상 시 thrombin에 의해 절단되어 fibrin을 형성하며 혈전의 주요 구성 성분이 됩니다. Fibrinogen은 FGA, FGB, FGG의 3쌍의 비동일 사슬로 구성된 이합체이며, N-말단 부위에서 이황화 결합으로 연결되어 있습니다. 분자는 두 개의 D 도메인과 하나의 E 도메인을 가지며, plasmin에 의해 분해될 때 각각 분리됩니다. 해당 유전자 돌연변이는 dysfibrinogenemia, afibrinogenemia, renal amyloidosis 등의 질환을 유발할 수 있습니다.
