Product Specific Information
This antibody does not cross-react with recombinant human Granzyme A, Granzyme H, recombinant mouse Granzyme B, Granzyme C, Granzyme D, or Granzyme G.
Target Information
Granzyme B is a serine protease found in the granules of cytotoxic T cells and NK cells. It plays a crucial role in inducing apoptosis in target cells through caspase activation and mitochondrial pathways. Granzyme B interacts with the mannose 6-phosphate receptor, functioning as a death receptor during cytotoxic T cell-induced apoptosis. It is one of several granzymes (A–G) identified in mouse CTLs and NK cells, with fewer cloned in humans.
