For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

MSMB protein is a member of the immunoglobulin binding factor family. It is synthesized by epithelial cells of the prostate gland and secreted into seminal plasma. This protein exhibits inhibin-like activity and may act as an autocrine or paracrine factor in uterine, breast, and other female reproductive tissues. Expression of MSMB is decreased in prostate cancer. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described, and alternate polyadenylation sites have been identified.
