Target Information
Rat IgG2a는 연구 및 진단 응용에서 흔히 사용되는 면역글로불린 아형입니다. 랫드 면역계에서 생성되며 보체 활성화 및 항체 의존성 세포매개 세포독성(ADCC)을 유도할 수 있습니다.
Rat IgG2a는 약 160 kDa의 분자량을 가지며 두 개의 heavy chain과 두 개의 light chain으로 구성되어 있습니다. 주로 랫드 모델을 이용한 실험에서 대조 또는 기준 항체로 사용되며, 유세포 분석 및 면역조직화학 실험에도 활용됩니다.
