시험 결과에 따르면 PA5-33212는 개 조직에서도 음성 컨트롤로 적합합니다.
FACS 분석 시, 제안된 희석액 10 µL을 사용하여 1×10^6 세포(100 µL)에 라벨링합니다.
Target Information
Rat IgG2a는 랫드 면역계에서 생성되는 면역글로불린 아형으로, 보체 활성화 및 항체 의존성 세포매개 세포독성(ADCC)을 유도할 수 있습니다.
분자량은 약 160 kDa이며, 두 개의 중쇄와 두 개의 경쇄로 구성됩니다.
랩 모델 실험에서 컨트롤 또는 참조 항체로 자주 사용되며, Flow Cytometry 및 Immunohistochemistry 분석에도 활용됩니다.
