PA5-33207은 mouse IgG2a 단클론 항체의 비특이적 결합 수준을 평가하기 위한 음성 대조 시약으로, rat 세포(말초혈액 백혈구, 흉선세포, 비장세포, 대식세포)에서 음성 반응을 나타냅니다.
이 항체는 human CD45 항원을 인식하므로 human leucocyte는 양성 대조로 사용할 수 있습니다. 단, human 조직의 음성 대조용으로는 부적합합니다.
- 재구성 방법: 증류수 1 mL로 재구성
- 보관: 재구성 후 4°C 암소 보관
- FACS 사용: 10 µL의 권장 희석액으로 1×10⁶ 세포(100 µL)를 라벨링
Target Information
Mouse IgG2a는 항원 자극에 의해 B 세포에서 생성되는 면역글로불린 G의 아형으로, 혈청 내 두 번째로 풍부한 IgG 서브타입입니다.
이 항체는 옵소닌화, 보체 활성화, 항체 의존성 세포매개 세포독성(ADCC) 등 면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 T 세포 활성화 및 B 세포 억제 조절에도 관여합니다.
연구 및 진단(ELISA, Western blot, IHC)뿐 아니라 면역치료 및 백신 개발 등 다양한 응용 분야에서 사용됩니다.
