Target Information
NOR-1 (NR4A3)는 NR4 신경성장인자 유사 수용체로, 신경 발달, T 세포 세포사멸, 암 발생에 관여합니다. NOR-1은 NBRE(NGFI-B response element)에 결합하여 POMC(pro-opiomelanocortin) 유전자를 조절합니다. 다양한 자극에 의해 빠르게 유도되며 일시적으로 발현됩니다. NOR-1 및 기타 NGFI-B 계열 단백질의 발현 감소는 Lewis 랫드의 약물 중독 성향과 상관관계가 있습니다. 인간에서 NOR-1, NOR-1β, NOR-1 3' variant의 세 가지 단백질 아이소폼이 보고되었습니다.
