G2/M phase에서 Bcl-2의 인산화는 CDK1 매개 신호에 의해 조절되며, apoptosis의 시작을 지연시킵니다.
또한 CDK 억제제 NU2058은 androgen-independent prostate cancer에서 치료 가능성을 보여주었습니다.
