Target Information
CDK1 (Cell Division Control protein 1)는 세포주기에서 mitosis 개시를 조절하는 핵심 인자로, M-Phase Promoting Factor 복합체의 촉매 서브유닛으로 작용합니다.
G2/M phase에서 Bcl-2의 인산화는 CDK1 매개 신호에 의해 조절되며, apoptosis의 시작을 지연시킵니다.
또한 CDK 억제제 NU2058은 androgen-independent prostate cancer에서 치료 가능성을 보여주었습니다.
