Target Information
MAGI2는 시냅스 접합부에서 신경전달 수용체와 세포 부착 단백질을 조립하는 스캐폴드 분자로 작용합니다.
신경세포에서 activin 매개 신호전달 조절에 관여할 수 있으며, PTEN의 AKT1 억제 기능을 강화합니다.
또한 NGF(nerve growth factor)에 의해 유도되는 RAPGEF2의 후기 엔도좀으로의 모집 및 신경돌기 성장에 역할을 합니다.
