Human CD62L은 74–95 kDa의 당단백질로, 선택틴(Selectin) 계열의 부착 수용체에 속합니다.
L-Selectin은 다음과 같은 구조적 영역으로 구성되어 있습니다:
- 아미노 말단 C-형 렉틴 결합 도메인
- 표피 성장 인자(EGF)-유사 도메인
- 보체 결합 단백질과 유사한 두 개의 짧은 공통 반복(SCR) 서열
