CSI 004-27-02는 vitronectin에 대해 매우 높은 특이성을 가지며, 다른 결합조직 단백질(fibronectin, elastin, collagen, laminin)과의 교차 반응은 없습니다. 양의 vitronectin과는 교차 반응하나, 인간 및 말 시료와는 반응하지 않습니다.
이 항체는 ELISA, Western blotting, Immunohistochemistry 등 다양한 기술에 성공적으로 사용되었습니다. 특히 냉동된 PLP 고정 소 조직 절편의 면역염색, 비트로넥틴의 친화 정제, 혈장 또는 혈청 내 비트로넥틴의 정량적 제거, 비트로넥틴 구조 분석 등에 적합합니다.
Note: 항체 농도는 로트에 따라 0.85–1.15 mg/mL 범위 내에서 변동될 수 있습니다.
Target Information
VTN은 pexin 계열 단백질로, 혈청과 조직에서 발견됩니다. 세포 부착 및 확산을 촉진하고, 보체 경로의 세포막 손상 효과를 억제하며, 여러 serpin serine protease 억제제와 결합합니다. 이 단백질은 분비형으로, 단일 사슬 형태 또는 이황화 결합으로 연결된 절단된 이중 사슬 형태로 존재할 수 있습니다.
