Product Specific Information
The 6C3 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse BP-1 (also known as Ly-51 and 6C3 antigen), a 140 kDa type II transmembrane protein forming a disulfide-linked homodimer. BP-1 exhibits aminopeptidase A (APA) enzymatic activity and is expressed on bone marrow stromal cells, thymic cortical epithelial cells, and pre-B cells during early B cell development. Expression on pre-B cells can be upregulated by IL-7.

Applications Tested: Tested on mouse bone marrow cells at ≤1 µg/test. A test is defined as the amount of antibody that stains cells in a 100 µL final volume. Optimal titration is recommended.
