PA5-33213은 모든 mouse 세포 및 세포주에서 음성으로 확인되었습니다. 이 항체는 human cell surface marker를 인식하므로 mouse 종에서는 negative control로 사용할 수 없습니다.
시험 결과에 따르면 PA5-33213은 canine 조직에서도 negative control로 적합합니다.
FACS 분석 시, 제안된 working dilution에서 10 µL을 사용하여 1×10^6 세포(100 µL)에 표지합니다.
Target Information
Rat IgG2a는 연구 및 진단 응용에서 흔히 사용되는 면역글로불린 아형으로, rat의 면역 시스템에 의해 생성됩니다. Complement 활성화 및 항체 의존성 세포매개 세포독성(ADCC)을 유도할 수 있습니다.
Rat IgG2a는 약 160 kDa의 분자량을 가지며, 두 개의 heavy chain과 두 개의 light chain으로 구성됩니다.
주로 rat 모델을 이용한 실험에서 control 또는 reference 항체로 사용되며, flow cytometry 및 immunohistochemistry 응용에 적합합니다.
