Target Information
Rat IgG2a는 연구 및 진단 응용에서 흔히 사용되는 면역글로불린 아형으로, rat의 면역 시스템에 의해 생성됩니다. Complement 활성화 및 항체 의존성 세포매개 세포독성(ADCC)을 유도할 수 있습니다.
Rat IgG2a는 약 160 kDa의 분자량을 가지며, 두 개의 heavy chain과 두 개의 light chain으로 구성됩니다.
